Sichuan Ni&Co Guorun New Materials Co., Ltd. (GRM) was registered in January of 2005 in Pengshan County. In July of 2007, GRM successfully introduced the investment capital of USD40 million from top 500 enterprises in the world - Morgan Stanley and WalMart. Then GRM became the first strategic partner in the west part of China. In 2008, GRM cooperated with such famous enterprises in China as Guangdong Ifirst Group, Fujian Sany Group and Ningbo Fuding, financed with RMB 270 million. At present, the registered capital of GRM is USD29,292,900. We own RMB1.8 billion of assets. There are more than 4,500 staff members and workers striving in GRM and our subsidiary companies.
